It’s Pet Week here at Child’s Play!  We’re getting all geared up for our DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital fundraiser on Saturday.  Make a purchase, at anytime, on Saturday and 15% of the sale will go to DoveLewis Animal Hospital!  Plus, come between 10am-12pm and get you and your pet’s photo taken in our silly photo booth!  Awesome!  Check out all the details at the bottom of this post!

READ! sculpture at the NYC Public Library.  The sculpture is made out of over 25,000 Dr. Seuss books!

We love our neighborhood library!  We love the books, magazines, movies, internet access, librarians, volunteers, activities and more!  All week we’ll be celebrating reading and libraries here on the blog.

Did you know that our NW Library hosts a monthly Lego club?!  Each month kids are invited to build a themed creation (the theme is chosen at random at the beginning of the meeting), then have it on display in the library!  Next month, Child’s Play will be sponsoring the meeting with a special contest to win a $20 gift certificate!  Check our website for the full event details!

The library offers lots of non-lego events too.  Visit their website here for all their kid, adult and family events.
